The College of Agriculture, Science and Education, a multidisciplinary tertiary institution, is committed to providing education and training of the highest quality in agriculture, science, and teacher education (and allied disciplines) to men and women in Jamaica, and also other Caribbean countries, through teaching, research and outreach.

The College intends to promote and foster the development of individuals who are professionally qualified, articulate, culturally aware, environmentally and health conscious, morally sensitive, ethically motivated and service oriented; and in so doing to respond to the needs of Jamaica for persons dedicated to excellence and to increased productivity in their chosen fields.
