An Educational Technology Resource Centre (ETRC) is located here. The vision of the centre is to empower learners through technology and partnerships, whereas its mission is to enhance the teaching/learning process and the development of competencies in literacy and numeracy through appropriate educational technologies.

The ETRC is equipped with an impressive array of equipment – from multimedia and overhead projectors, digital cameras, notebook and desktop computers, to alpha smarts - for integrating technology into the teaching learning process, to make it more exciting and effective. Pre-service Teachers (Students) and their Lecturers, in-service Teachers, and Education Officers all use the resources of the centre.

The centre was established through the New Horizons Project for Primary Schools (NHP), a joint initiative of the Government of Jamaica and United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
